These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of motion-insurance.com (the "Site"), operated by Motion, a sole proprietorship based in California ("Motion," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Motion is a marketing service that connects you with licensed, independent insurance agents. Motion is not an insurance company, insurer, or insurance agency, and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, or issue insurance. The Site helps connect you with a licensed insurance agent who can review your answers and present life insurance options from insurance carriers.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States, in a state where our partner agents are licensed, to use the Site and request contact.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that it is your own, or that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the person the coverage would help. You are responsible for keeping your information current.
When you submit our form and check the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy — including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, live calls, SMS/text, and email, regarding life insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, reply HELP for help, or ask the agent to stop).
Coverage, eligibility, approval, availability, and pricing are determined solely by the insurance carriers and depend on factors such as your age, health, state, and the carrier's underwriting. Examples shown on the Site are for illustration only and are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of coverage or price. We do not guarantee approval or any particular rate.
The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to Motion and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
The Site may use third-party services and may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motion and its owners, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion and its owners, agents, and service providers from any claims or costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
