How we share your information

Licensed agents, agencies, and insurance carriers. We share your information with licensed, independent insurance agents and agencies we partner with — and, where applicable, the insurance carriers — so that a licensed professional can review your request and present coverage options. A partner agent or agency may contact you directly about the insurance request you submitted. All such agents and agencies are licensed to sell insurance in your state.
Service providers. We use trusted vendors that help us run our business — for example, our customer-relationship (CRM) system, hosting, phone/text, and email providers — who may process your information only to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Because we connect you with licensed agents and agencies who can help with your request, we may be compensated for referring your information to a partner agency. In every case, the recipient is a licensed insurance professional contacting you about the coverage request you submitted — we do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own unrelated marketing. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
